Your Itinerary Will Include:
This wine tour will be conducted in Ontario, Canada, traveling the lower escarpment located on the Niagara Peninsula. Bordering this lush agricultural area is Lake Ontario to the north, the Niagara River to the east, and Lake Erie to the south. The Niagara Wine Trail begins at Niagara-on-the-Lake and extends westward beyond St. Catharines; more than 20 miles of lush vineyards, orchards, and various agricultural crops are grown here. Your eight hour wine tour will include 5 different wineries, one of which will include a wine making tour. Enroute, we will visit Niagara-on-the-Lake, this village is listed as the most picturesque village in Canada. We will also view Fort George, Fort Niagara, and the northern terminus of the lower Niagara River as it empties into Lake Ontario.
